Missed Classes: Please carefully check the schedule that I create for you each month. I do not have the capacity to reschedule classes. I understand that, once in a while, your child will be unable to make class due to being very ill, or due to a family emergency. Therefore, I will provide one refund per month, per child, when absolutely necessary. However, the opportunities for these refunds do not carry over to the next month, or, add up cumulatively; one refund per month is the maximum, and I only expect to need to offer such a refund once every few months. These refunds will be given by discounting you for one class on the next month's invoice.
